Intel® Software Pack is free software package when you purchase a qualifying Intel® Core™ processor or processor-based device. You receive a 'Master Key' part of your purchase redeeming the 'Master Key' on softwareoffer.intel.com/redeem. The site is a hub to download the latest games and software to your new hardware.
I was tasked to redesign the site as a concept to present to Intel®. I had to include Green Man Gaming to the site as a co-branded key distributor under the games section. I worked closely with Intel®s strict brand guidelines and also had to consider incorporating Green Man Gaming's visual identity as well.
The user journey was a key objective for me during this project, I tackled streamlining this by categorising it in software types; Gaming, Creative, Security & Media. By displaying the categories in tabs I made it easier for the user to toggle between the categories rather than going into the specific software page. Within each category, the software is presented on the same page with 'More Details' expanding the section in more detail. Particular links or actions will be displayed as a modal or new tab to prevent losing the user of their journey.
